Salary Policy

'Good morning. My name's Silvia and I'm the person in charge of this talk.
I'd like to talk you today about salary policy. I've organized it in five parts:
Firstly, I'm going to explain some things about salary policy.
Secondly, I'm going to inform you about current salary levels.
Next, I will go on with negotiations.
Then, I'm going to present you several comparisons and lasty, I'll brief you on new policy.
The purpose of my talk is to inform you about salary policy.
